For the last 12 years Hadlands have let my rental property for me. Their knowledge of the local market has meant they give accurate valuations which result in suitable tenants without void periods, even when the rental market is slow. Recently when I came to sell the property I had the same helpful and efficient service I have come to rely on from them.
Hadlands have always been professional, both in letting my property and when selling it. They have been there with advice and assistance when needed and I will always be grateful for the help they have given me over the years.
I highly recommend them for the excellent service I have received.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Hadland estate agents, and in particular George.
After a number of valuations we decided to go with Hadlands and it proved to be the right decision. George is truly passionate about the job but also honest above all else. We could not have hoped for a better agent, he worked tirelessly and proactively to ensure our tricky sale went though, going above and beyond on multiple occasions. His understanding of the industry and knowledge of the market were always available to us and I’m certain that without this, our sale would have not of progressed.

Particularly in the person of Emma they have been extremely attentive and patient.

Having been prepared for challenges thanks to bad experiences with OTHER estate agents, renting with Hadlands has been a real breath of fresh air. They have always been really responsive and quick to reply, and clear and polite with any questions. A particular thank you goes out to Andrea. While figuring out the logistics of moving, Andrea has done everything to make moving in as easy as possible. My only concern is that the team never sleep! Would absolutely recommend using Hadlands.

5 Star Service at Hadlands.
Hadlands have been letting my flat for the past few years.
During that time, whoever I have spoken to have always been extremely efficient and helpful in all areas, constantly going above and beyond. Any time spent doesn't seem to be a problem at Hadlands.

We moved abroad in a bit of a rush and only had time to start thinking about letting our place once we were there. I was put in touch with Simon Hadland via my brother, who is a long-term Chesham resident. We had been in touch via email and I meant to call him as soon as we were back in the UK on holiday, but things slipped and I called a few days later. I was worried that I'd dropped the ball but Ben saved us with his efficiency, coming the next day and then back with Simon a few days later. They were completely upfront with us, which in my experience is pretty unusual with estate agents, and gave a very realistic monthly rental figure (which turned out to be completely correct). Viewings started within a few days and by about the fifth one they'd found the right people for the right price. Once that was done, Ben was extremely helpful and patient with our constant new-landlord questions, helping us get everything sorted with a minimum of fuss. Hadlands made the whole experience as easy as it could be and we feel confident leaving the place in their hands. Highly recommended.

Over a period of 13 years, we have dealt with just about every member of staff at Hadlands as we have bought and sold properties, and the agency continues to manage some of our lettings. We have always found both sides of the business to be run on professional lines with clear and regular communications. Most recently, Alasdair has provided an excellent service over the last few weeks in helping us with the sale of a flat, and Leona is always on the ball with any lettings issues. The style of the agency is very much set by Simon Hadland himself, who is always available to give advice when trickier issues arise, and he has also project-managed some major refurbishment projects for us. We have used, and continue to use, other agents in other parts of the country, but if Hadlands operated in those areas we would have no hesitation in giving them all our business.

The agents and especially Andrea in the shop have helped us endlessly to get our flat sorted and in no time as well.
