What a journey it's been for me. I started my search 3 years ago and now on the morning of completion, I am excited to be finally completing the process.
I am a first time buyer and nothing I read or researched prepared me for the actual home buying process.
I came across a property being advertised by Haart Witham and arranged to view it. Chloe was amazing from the start and listened to my preferences. She was able to match me to two other properties and arranged all three viewings to be held consecutively on the same day.
Her level of care, especially to my mum (her mobility is a little slow) was so much appreciated. As we arrived at the third property, I knew it was the one.
The offer acceptance process was long but eventually the seller and I agreed on a price with much help from Dan. Dan also put me in touch with the branch mortgage broker - great decision.
From this point, Charlotte introduced herself as my moving manager and was readily available to answer my calls, emails and relay any fears or jitters I had with the whole process. She really was pivotal to the completing of this process for me and always listened.
My final viewing before exchange, was conducted by Ryan - he gave me great advice and was refreshingly honest and open.
I was very anxious throughout this whole process but I must say that the Haart Witham team were very much at the heart of this completion. I am so grateful to them. Thank you all for your patience and getting me on the property ladder. It may be too early to say, but I feel this is my forever home.

We have recently sold our house through Haart and the service has been outstanding. Chloe and Charlotte worked hard with professionalism and excellence communicate and coordinate all bookings and requests to view the house. We were absolutely thrilled after a week of the property being on the market to have exceeded the maximum asking price for the property with several different offers. Dan followed up all the offers and helped us to consider the differences in the offers. His efficiency and expertise in this field is unquestionably excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Haart to anyone who is considering selling their property.

I've met a lot of estate agents recently in my search for a house and have found Chloe to be knowledgeable about the area and about home improvements.
Unfortunately Haart were not the agents for the house I have chosen.

Charlotte at Heart estate agents in Witham has been the case handler for my purchase.
Without a doubt the best customer relations person I have ever worked with. Charlotte is attentive to all things detail and is always pushing on behalf of her clients for quick and clear responses.
It has been an absolute blessing to have Charlotte deal with the complications within our case as she has really helped get the process through.
If anyone is selling there house then please do ask for Charlotte Augustin as you will have a fluent and easy process.

Charlotte my move manager from Haart took on my sale and transformed what was an unpleasant experience into one which was manageable. The obstacles that she faced and dealt with on my behalf due to the unprofessionalism with the other legal team, were extremely frustrating and at times upsetting but Charlotte remained highly professional throughout and was nothing but supportive towards me.
I would have been lost without Charlotte in this process and I cannot praise her and her positive friendly attitude anymore. She is an absolute credit to the Witham Haart team, because of her my buyer now has a new home and so do I.
Thank you Charlotte!!
