These guys called me to ask if I wanted to book a free valuation of my home. It was booked in today at 2pm. 230pm no one had arrived. These guys called me to ask if I wanted to book a free valuation of my home. It was booked in today at 2pm. 230pm no one had arrived. I called the office and the lady said let me find out what happened and call you back in 5 minutes. By 4pm I’d had no call. I call them and the explanation given was poor and highlights how badly managed their system is. He asked if they could rebook. I said no it looks like chaos there and I’ve had my whole afternoon wasted. He was then rude and said well maybe that’s for the best because you probably aren’t interested in selling anyway. I had to remind him that it was them that contacted me not the other way around! I told him on what I’ve seen today they’re not a company I would ever entertain to do business with. My advice is avoid!!

Haart strood-
Not reliable, can never get an answer from landlord- strangely enough after months I have his number and get a reply, normally an aggy one.
Left with a broken front door with no care.
Loads of problems with property and they wasn’t even aware of half of it and not keep to help get sorted.
Wouldn’t ever go back once I’m out.
Awful experience.

Jamie at the Strood branch has been fantastic taking our property on. We sold our Home through Haart in Strood and we were very pleased with the service we received! The staff at all times were very professional, polite and friendly! Jill Galton the sales progressor kept us updated throughout the process! My only concern was when my telephone call was diverted through to head office (line was busy) I did not always get a call back ! My suggestion would be an answering machine in the branch office! The head Office let them down!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish!
Thank you to all the team at Haart in Strood, Kent. From my first meeting with Andrew Perry, I found him to be not only very professional and knowledgeable but also extremely efficient. He was back round first thing the next day to do floor plans and take photos which he took great pride in. My house was on the market within 24 hours and Sarah had me viewings immediately. Sarah kept me updated all along as did the rest of the office who liaised and worked together to provide a fantastic and friendly service.
My house was sold within the week and then I was passed over to the sales progressor Jill Galton. There are no words to express how amazing Jill has been. Yes there were some hiccups along the way but Jill dealt with them all efficiently and really went beyond the call of duty, not only chasing my sale but the whole of the chain. I can not thank her enough and know that without her hard work we would not be in our new house today.
A great service all round. Thank you to all the team at Strood. Sarah, Emily, Elouise but a really special mention to Andrew Perry & Jill Galton. I would definitely use Haart again and will recommend them to all my friends & family
