The best agents fool and rob people with their hard-earned money. We recently let one of the properties through, which was full of mould. The best agents fool and rob people with their hard-earned money. We recently let one of the properties through, which was full of mould. I have requested that they work on them and get the same fixed, but it's been almost 20 days and the resolution is still pending. We are a family of four, including two kids, and just because of this, the kids are not able to move into this property and stay with us. They sugarcoat things and promise you excellent service, but eventually, after sales, they deny that it's their maintenance department that would be looking after the issue. I would not recommend anyone to let through Haart. The agony we have been put through is hard to describe in words, as is the pain of not being able to stay with our kids( as they are not in the country and we are waiting for this issue to be resolved to move them in.) Please think a ton before even walking into their office in Guildford.

We have used Haarts for letting properties for over 20 years and have always found them to be very proffesional . The staff at the moment are no exception and recently Nikki has dealt with our couple of issues very well and kept us up to date with all the details. All staff are very friendly and Victoria the manager is always on the ball.!! Thank you everyone !!

Since we have moved in I had a few issues, which are highly effected on my bills. I reported all these issues, but the problems were never been fixed. I was waiting 3 months to get a key for the cellar where the electricity meter is, I have got an estimated bill for £500 pounds, because I didn't have access to read my meter. Before we moved in they called me in every hour to get the money sorted, so to pay the deposit and all the rest, so it seemed that we were very important for them...after we moved in, they just didn't care. Unfortunately I can't say any positives about their services.
