My son and I are so grateful to such a wonderful sales team led by Adam Holding and Callum Nagle and letting led by lady Jennifer Knowles.. We decided to sell our property and the sales team organised an open day and we had so many offers and accepted the best offer and the house was sold within 10 days. Callum is a rising star at Heart as he will go out of his way to go early in the freezing weather to let builders in to do repairs to the sold property, wonderful gesture. All our thanks to Callum for doing that, and recommend Heart to any body wants to sell or let his property. You can not find a great people like them believe me.

Awful customer service, my experience was from the Bracknell branch. If your looking to rent DO NOT go with haart. Falsely advertised a 'no deposit' scheme which actually turns out to be you signing up to be a member of some company.. and you don't get your money back. They were so helpful when up to the point they got my money then they were useless. I rented a new build flat and moved out within 3 months. The bedroom was damp and ruined shoes and my bed leaving them covered in green damp moss. Am still yet to hear back from the landlord or manager about this. Conveniently her inbox is now full. My first experience living independently and it was awful couldn't stress more .. do not go with Haart!!

Went to Hart looking for a property to rent. When l entered the office I did not feel the welcome that customers should receive. Took two to five minutes for two agents to decide who was going to assist me. To myself I thought they were tossing a coin under the table. Then the lady decided to get up from her seat and greeted me, asked me what l was looking for then offered me a sit. Appreared she has used a whole bottle of Botox on her face. No smile no face expression what so ever. Gave my details and what l was looking for. Told she could call. The bitch had the nerve to ask me to look elsewhere instead of Bracknell. Was shocked thought I'd saying bitch where do u think l should consider relocating Slough?? But only in my thought. I was calm and professional. Had uploaded the apps so, l had updated of properties that were available for letting. I never received any call till now from Hart-Bracknell to ask if l was still looking. I saw few properties that suited my needs and financial statues. I'm shocked and let down. Looking back, having the conversation with the agent l reliase that she did not show any interest whatsoever.

My first experience with haart Bracknell was a call from Georgie Lark who was friendly and professional. We set up a property viewing and she met me at the property, on time and fully prepared. The property was exactly how Georgie had described it so no nasty surprises - we completed some paperwork on site and took each other's contact details. I was invited into the Bracknell office where I met Jennifer Knowles who knew exactly who I was and what needed to be done. I was there less than an hour but was so appreciative of the friendly, accommodating attitude of everyone in the office. A few days later I received update emails from Katie Hunter, who was exactly the same: friendly, updated and professional. All in all, these three ladies were so helpful and friendly and the entire experience was painless and very different from how other Letting Agents have behaved. I would DEFINITELY recommend that if you are fed up with the other Estate Agents on the High Street, you give haart a chance. They WILL impress you.

On calling Haart to find out what was going on and to why i had been told he was inside,i did speak to a girl who seemed to be helpful and put me on hold while calling the branch manager. Then i was advised i would be called back in 10 mins. To which i waited and she never called back., i ended up waiting at a property for 45 mins for no reason.

Next day waited for a call for someone to explain or at least apologise, nothing received, i have yet again had to chase up. Spoke to the branch manager to be told the property had now been taken off the market and that he personally called everyone on the list and tried to advise it was me who had missed the call or voice mail left. I advised again i had no missed calls or voice mail that perhaps he missed dialled, to be advised that he did only try the once.
Prospects seem to be the only estate agents who understand to show up on time and call you if anything changes. excellent service from them, just a shame they have no properties matching my requirements currently.

If you want a quick reliable service, to be kept imformed and someone that will support you use Mathew Crame at the Bracknell office, he got me the house I wanted for the price I wanted and has given exceptional service throughout. My mother took care of my legal work so I know he was working in both the interest of myself and the seller, using excellant negotation skills and keeping all parties happy. I used 4 other agents whilst trying to buy the house and not one compared with his service, attitude or attention to detail that he showed. I plan to only have the house for a max of 18 months - 2 years and I plan to go back to him to sell the house.

I must admit i didn't finish buying a property through Haart at Bracknell...because it's almost as if they didn't want me to buy from them as agents!
My Partner and I were initially extrememly happy with Haart, we went into the branch, someone (who I won't name) sat down with us and immediately pulled out a handful of attractive properties within our price range and a handful that were a few pounds worth of saving away. He took our details, arranged a number of viewings and we thought we'd found the property for us!
We put in an offer, had it accepted and we were well on our way until we found that the lease was soon to expire (or at least would not have enough years for anyone else to get a mortgage on it, presenting us with an issue come re-sale) so we withdrew our offer.
We soon after received a call from our agent asking what the issue was, and after stating that the Lease was too short and too expensive to extend he insisted it wasn't and started getting pushy as if he though that we would just fork out the cash to extend the lease?! We withdrew our offer and said that we would like to continue to keep looking with Haart as they'd been very good so far.
I never got any more phone calls, no more emails with properties and each time I asked for a call back from our agent it fell on Deaf Ears. I've given up on them. Friendly at first then just ignored on a number of occasions!
We bought with Duncan Yeardley Bracknell in the end, was by far the best estate agent out of the 8 or so we spoke to and dealt with.
