With so many local estate agents in the area, the attraction of the well-presented Greenwood office in Wells Road made it our first point of call.
Having received a very warm and informative welcome, we decided that Greenwoods was the place to deal with.
Our initial perception was that here was a place that was well organised and would guide us through the necessary process. At this stage we still had to clear the house but indicated that we would be using Greenwoods to negotiate the sale.
Greenwoods didn't harass us during the intervening months but were instantly ready when we said 'go'.
The For Sale notice appeared almost instantly at the house and very quickly a well presented, colour brochure was available on line. The photographs did the property proud.
Communication regarding viewings was superb.
We would like to thank the whole team at Greenwoods for their advice and support all the way through the sale process. Even when we went into the office and none of the Sales team were there, those that were there were very helpful and passed on any messages.
Going to Greenwoods was definitely the right choice to have made.
Oh, I nearly forgot - the house sold in 48 hours!!

I would recommend prospective customers to avoid this agency as they will take every chance they can get to misinform and take advantage of you. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more understanding, acted fast in regard to the structural issues and informed us better. Also they should not have charged us for extras after we had left the property in excellent condition and these was clearly to cover costs caused by structural problems that we experiences with the property.

I would recommend prospective customers to avoid this agency as they will take every chance they can get to misinform and take advantage of you. I was a tenant and after ten years of renting properties have not come across another agency as unprofessional, expensive and deceitful as Greenwoods - the Knowle branch. Lauryn provided very poor service, was very incapable and will misinform you if she doesn't know the answer to questions. Seeing the extortionate fees that was set up for the paperwork we expected a better service and not to blamed for obvious structural problems with the property that were present before we occupied the building. Despite leaving the flat in a better condition than when we found it and getting it professionally cleaned they still charged us £200 extra which was very frustrating. If you use this agency you do so at a great risk and am writing this review to ensure other people do not get ripped off or mislead by them.

We have let our property through Greenwoods since November 2010, and having nothing but praise for the team there. Dealing mainly with Katy Wareham, we have always been kept up-to-date, and always consulted if any issues have arisen. They are still our agents, and we would use them... Read Full Review

The speed and manner in which Kate wareham dealt with these minor issues and solved the problems was a real credit to the company. Their dealings with myself from communication to inspections has restored my faith in an industry that is open to complaints..... So much so that any new players that join Bristol rovers fc ( my place of work) from other parts of the country,I recommend they use Kate to help facilitate their transition to Bristol.

As a landlord for the past two years, I have used Greenwoods (dealing primarily with Kate) and always found the service to be very professional. This was my first rental experience and I raised a few issues at the commencement of the tenancy.
