Last night my husband capitulated to a lawyer which seeing as I refuse to be ordered into doing anything by anyone but especially not by a lawyer or my husband I refuse to capitulate and this will be staying up unless MY terms which include a cash sum for the inconvenience and distress of this 7month long ordeal handled by Quite frankly some of the most awful people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They along with Galliard ( the building management) and Abbatt ( HR people) have made the last 7 months intolerable. My gp has written asking them to stop abusing my mental health -they ignored her. And a social worker saying the same thing
Edward and Hadi and Zuzanna being in the minority and actually decent people.
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy I wouldn’t want this level of anxiety given to anyone - it’s a completely tortuous experience. Shown is a part of a ceiling leak that has not been fixed adequately for 7 months.-Fraiser chooses to respond with more legal letters but this is really juicy and I’ll post up the letter later too so everyone can see . Now let’s talk the equality act and how Fraser have instructed this fine legal firm to act for them.As 19/02/24this branch had six one star ratings giving it 3.9. What I found particularly interesting though is all the reviews that are negative are written by men. Bar mine. All of them have been replied to, and apologised to even, by Fraser. But the only mixed race, bisexual disabled WOMAN to complain has been given threats by Fraser lawyers plus they’ve ( the lawyers) basically refused to acknowledge or even consider following the equality act2010 for communication with me. It’s something that is mentioned in practically every report -despite my request being a standard according to the lawyers head office receptionist when I called to enquire. So I guess I’m going to the equality commission Eass, British Institute of Human Rights, Equality and Human Rights Commission, Equality and Diversity Forum and The Equality Trust. To start with -oh and if you haven’t worked out that the cash sum was merely mocking you, your indigence was quite funny-for everything this little band of companies have done including Fraser. I wouldn’t settle for money it would be an insult - all you have ever needed to do was apologise properly but you’re too proud so the show miser go on. -next instalment is on how I was missold the apartment and facilities…..but that depends on if fraiser say ok we will shut out mouths and stop making lawyers write over a management temper tantrum…then I won’t write about them - Anyway I have the screenshots proving what it was on the day so go add more if you like I still have proof. That if you aren’t outright misogynistic then the tendency is there

I am currently staying at a property managed by Fraser & co and I must say the way they manage their property is absolutely pathetic. The balcony door of the property didn't used to open Before I had rented it. I was told by the property agent (Mr. Luke Malik) during the viewing that the door will be fixed before we move in. We have now stayed for over 3 months in the flat and they have not fixed the issue yet. Although i have been paying the full rent (£1350/month). After We had moved in the boiler had stopped working. It took them over three weeks to fix the issue. Their (Ms. Fabiola Kajo) approach towards my issue was very casual. Besides this there are a number of issues I had raised just after I had moved in. Only very few of those have been addressed. I am happy to the circulate the emails which I had sent to Fraser about the issues. Talking to them us like talking to a wall. First you need to email then you have to call them to get a response. Try to avoid this agency if you are looking to rent a property via them.

Obviously Mrs Louise Norris is never available and always usy she can never pick up the phone, you can leave a phone number she will never call you back. If a property is managed by this company please avoid and prefer to choose another property with professionnal and honest staff.

When I moved in I reported quite a few things broken, most of them haven't been fixed.

When I moved in I reported quite a few things broken, most of them haven't been fixed. I have reported some problems more than three times and nothing has been done about it. Now my washing machine is broken since over 1 week and it will be for at least another week. Last time I couldn't use washing machine for over 3 weeks. Terrible property management, unprofessional staff. I am pretty sure they will charge me for stuff I haven't broken at the end of the tenancy.
Avoid this agency.

Terrible company to deal with, started arranging viewing for our property after we'd only been there for 4 months and continued to view with very little notice at least once a week until the end of our tenancy. Any issues raised with the property were completely ignored, and email responses all took at least a week. At the end of the tenancy they charged an extortionate amount for the end-of-tenancy inventory check, and then attempted to make false deductions from our deposit.
Avoid at all costs.
