Carol went above and beyond in ensured that the house I was buying completed as quickly as possible, despite some legal issues. I have no doubt that it wasn't Carol's persistence with chasing solicitors and other parties that it would easily have taken another few months and I would have had to pay thousands more in stamp duty. All my emails were replied to within hours and nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend buyingselling property through Emsleys.
