Did not seem to work particularly hard for what we paid. Had multiple quotes from different firms before property went to market, and Douglas Allen were towards the most expensive.

Dear Dave,
We put forward all offers to sellers but do have to take into consideration buyers positions and ultimately it is our seller thats makes a decision on which offer to accept not us.
You must also take into consideration other items effecting final sale values such as mortgages, surveys and chains.
I dont see how small independant agents will make a difference to this process with the majority of our customers being extremely satisfied with the comunication and service levels ...
