Well where do I start â¦.. Dibbens sold our house and gave us so much support. They went above and beyond to the point we felt their fees were not enough alone and on exchange we delivered Wine, flowers and biscuits. We had been let down badly by our first buyers through no fault of Dibbens or ours. Our actual buyers were the perfect dream buyers and I know they will be happy in their new home. However, the long chain proved very difficult and tiresome for various reasons beyond all our control. Dibbens kept us informed, put up with my nagging, remained professional (In particular Lauren, James and Will). All staff though are exceptional. All I can say is that this sale tested patience to the limit and we never once lost faith in Dibbens.

Lies about property condition and useless at contacting land lord. Told us they had done so and were awaiting a Reply. Then 3 weeks later when chased up they had not even attempted to contact the land lord at all. Lies and deception all the way through. Will not use again.... Read Full Review

Avoid like the plague!!!!! Terrible customer service. These guys actually make all other Estate Agents look good. Hidden charges everywhere, no communication whatsoever until a letter dropped through the door telling us the landlord is selling and then had the audacity to ask us (the tenants) if we could conduct a viewing for the sale of the property as they are "really busy in the office". They have organised other viewings without telling us, so the first we know is when the agent let themself in with prospective buyers. Please don't give these people your money
