I had to move abroad and decided to rent out my flat. One day I have discovered Hounslow Property Newsletter by Sheetel and Manraj. I really enjoyed the read and emailed them. This was one of my best decision. The idea of renting was overwhelming, especially the fact that I will be leaving far away. Sheetel was brilliant throughout the process, very patient with all my questions and helpful at every step. She gave me all the necessary contacts which were great as well. I am so happy right now as I know she is there to help/ advice if there is any need. Amazing agent!

Me and many of my friends have come to this agent after being stung with regards to deposit - i was originally with an estate agent who told me that they protected my deposit, but they lied to me and the property went bankrupt, leaving me in �2000.00 debt.
Diamond Move helped me so much in getting my property back to scratch and they also protected my deposit for me and sent me a certificate for it. They ensure my rent is always paid on the date it is and carry out inspections to ensure my property is kept in a good condition.
Best estate agent in hounslow & many of my friends can agree with me, Has taken alot of burden from me.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have called a right number and made sure that the appointment is cancelled which would have saved my money i lost for going late and could have said sorry as soon as getting of the car after coming late 20mins.

Very unprofessional agent
One of the agent called mandy fixed a viewing today morning. I took 2 hours off my work to view one property. Nobody turned by 0930 and when I called she lied that she called some number and got to know it was a wrong number. She also lied earlier to this that my number went on voice mail when my I have deactivated my voicemail last 4 years. She confirmed me on my email this viewing and tried to deny it. Also when we gone to view the pictures uploaded differed in real and big time waster....Be careful.
