Have to agree with previous. No replies from Brigg or scunthorpe, just rude and really ignorant to not reply. Glad to have found this our before getting a property rather than during.... Will look elsewhere with people who are interested in delivering customer... Read Full Review

Have to agree with previous.
No replies from Brigg or scunthorpe, just rude and really ignorant to not reply.

They were also the first to tell us when completion was finally achieved.

We bought a repossessed property from DDM Residential, Brigg, 1st March 2013. This, as we have learned, is a complicated and difficult process, and the friendly, helpful staff at DDM have been great - particularly with regard to pushing the process on, by regular contact with all the solicitors involved. They were also the first to tell us when completion was finally achieved.
We also felt that they were very honest with us on the initial viewing regarding this property, eg.pointing out that the roof was leaking, and advising us to have a survey done. We would recommend DDM Residential Brigg.

Sarah was the staff member that dealt with the sale of my property. Throughout the whole sale process Sarah was extremely helpful. Always really friendly when answering any questions I had and very professional too. It took nearly a year to sell my property and during that time the advice that Sarah gave me was excellent. The advice that Sarah gave me on changing asking prices to suit the market was brilliant and always fair and realistic. After selling my property I felt that I had got a really good deal for the current market and a lot of that was down to Sarah's help.

We purchased a re-possession property through DDM therefore we needed to act quickly. Julie was really helpful and came to the house for us to view outside of office hours.
Apart from a small hick up about the number of times a re-po should be advertised, everything went really smoothly and from our offer to completion was 4.5 weeks.
In writing, we also used DDM Conveyancing for the purchase and that was brilliant and took away so much stress.

DDM Residential was the only agent to keep in touch and although we had set the wheels in motion with another purchase, Graham somehow found us our perfect property at the 11th hour from nowhere! We ended up buying through DDM Residential in a better location of the village, a detached (and not a semi-detached) and.............for just a fraction more money !!

Where do I start: Sarah was key to us purchasing a property in our dream location. She worked for both myself and the seller and managed to negoiate a price which we were all happy with. We were hoping the purchase would go through quickly, but for varying reasons from Solicitors which were beyond our control, the process seemed to be dragging. Sarah was a key pin in keeping both the seller and ourselves updated. On a regular basis, she chased updates from Solicitors and kept us all informed. This is why I would recommend this agent again.
