We have recently completed the sale of a property that DB Roberts were selling...We have had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte during this time...Charlotte has been very helpful and very professional and has worked hard to provide us with valuable information...our final few days of completion were very traumatic and Charlotte has done all she possibly could to find out what was going on...We are so grateful for all the help and support Charlotte gave us...she is an absolute credit to the Cannock branch. The worst experience of my life! Incompetent agents and conveyancing team , the made various cock ups in the Cannock branch , we sold in January and still waiting in August for the sale to go through and 3 buyers later. What agent could do to change your mind?
Return calls, be notified when someone us dealing with the sale. Be kept up to date.phone buyers when we ask them to to chase them up.

After getting in a rival agent after the first sale fell through db decided if we proceeded through our second offer through them they would match the rival agents fee.

The worst experience of my life! Incompetent agents and conveyancing team , the made various cock ups in the Cannock branch , we sold in January and still waiting in August for the sale to go through and 3 buyers later. I have spoken to many staff members they are constantly having restructuring , never knowing who your dealing with. I have phoned with urgent enquires , the person your trying to get hold of is always on another line , they say this cus they don't want to speak to you , they never return your call .never chase up buyers this is why we're on buyer number 3 , a couple who we have never accepted an offer from and never seen.i only noticed this due to the sudden name change on the conveyancing site, phone up " oh yeah they couldn't get the mortgage these are buying it now " the conveyancing team have so many different people dealing with my case " due to restructuring "i will never use these again !!
