The worst experience of my life! Incompetent agents and conveyancing team , the made various cock ups in the Cannock branch , we sold in January and still waiting in August for the sale to go through and 3 buyers later. What agent could do to change your mind?

Return calls, be notified when someone us dealing with the sale. Be kept up to date.phone buyers when we ask them to to chase them up.


Comments on Agent Fees

After getting in a rival agent after the first sale fell through db decided if we proceeded through our second offer through them they would match the rival agents fee.

I don't know how these 'agents' !!! (Loose term )are still in business ...the incompetence is shocking ...the lies are endless and the stress they cause is horrendous :...avoid avoid avoid like the...
