I would like any person reading Paul's review to know that this is a complete fabrication of the truth. I was said tenant who allegedly caused 'severe damage' to the property. I lived at this property with Mr Alldred for a number of years and during our time there we improved the property which was run down and in desperate need of refurbishment.
