Having instructed several 'corporate' estate agents over the last year to sell our property, with no success, we decided to try a local company who could offer a more personal service, which made 'communication' a priority. We contacted David Cliff estate agents in Binfield, and following a very positive meeting with Matthew, we instructed them to market our house. We had a viewing on day one, soon followed by several others, which was a pleasant relief as previous agents struggled to achieve this. David, who conducted the viewings, always arrived on time to greet the 'viewers' and he did a fantastic job emphasizing all the salient points. He then followed up the viewing by telephoning us promptly with feedback. It wasn't long before we had a buyer. Joss then took over the reins liaising with buyers and solicitors to ensure we reached exchange as quickly as possible, again, all the time communicating and reassuring us all the way. We wish we had insructed David Cliff from the start, we are delighted at their service and would highly recommend them.
