After my parents' death we needed to sell their house as a probate sale. The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben Epps gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.

This is the third time we have used Dart and Partners to sell or buy property and each time we have been impressed by the ongoing updates on what they are doing, how they are marketing the properties, who is being lined up to view and so on. The updates come not only during normal working hours, but also out of hours or at weekends via email or phone call. Equally, we have always found that Ben will happily reply to any queries we have had almost by return - even when he is on holiday. Ben has always worked really hard for us to get the outcome we wanted and we can't recommend Dart & Partners highly enough as a result.

We used Dart and Partners to sell Glenside House in shaldon after being unsucessful with another local agent. Ben Epps was very professional and proactive and achieved a sale for us. The key thing about Dart and partners is that they will really sell your property rather thansome agents who are nothing more than door opens. Unlike some local agents, Ben really did get us the best selling price rather than accept the first offer. I wouls say they are the best agents in shaldon.

Paul showed us 1 property.. and we bought it ! We wanted to buy a house in Devon before we moved back from overseas and we have just enough time to see one or two properties.
