Absolutely terrible !!! No responses to emails half the time, and during storm Babet after heavy rain coming through one of our bedrooms, after reporting the damage and sending in photographs, absolutely no response 5 days later, still with continuous rain!! Absolutely... Read Full Review

I have been dealing with Crucible Lettings for 9 years, and I have never been as disappointed from then til now. Their service is absolutely dire! I have been dealing with Crucible Lettings for 9 years, and I have never been as disappointed from then til now. Their service is absolutely dire! I report things both via emails and in the Property Guide. Then find I have to chase things up constantly! Even the most urgent jobs down to the quickest, a complete and utter nightmore! If I was the landlord, I would definitely change lettings agency.. Terrible!!

I have been letting through Crucible the past 7 years, and I have never been as disappointed. The property is in such a nice spot, the only reason we are still here. Having used Crucible in the past, I was more than satisfied with the service I received. Which is more than can be said for numerous other agents with a somewhat more unprofessional approach. The customer contact, advice and whole process was extremely smooth and I would not hesitate to use them again. I am surprised at some of the negative comments and seems odd that some of the bad reviews seem to be written by people with links to other agents .......

Awful agent, do not use them, I wish I had seen the other reviews before I did I wouldn't have. When I complained he said and I quote I don't get paid enough to listen to you complain and put the phone down on me.
