They have just been on bbdR4's consumer programme .... it seems your not the only one having trouble. There was a landlord also complaining that rent money isn't be transferred in a timely manner, which can be a sign of cash flows issues! ...

The agency fee is very very very high! I took the matter to the Citizens Advice Bureau and they started that no agent should be charging thousands of pounds as an agent's fee for a small damp rented house. It is such a shame to see that people are willing to stoop that low to get money. Lying to clients to get money in their pocket! I really do not understand why this criminal estate agency is still allowed to continue! As a warning to all those who are considering Crestons; STOP! Do your research!

Agreed - they will do their best to steal your money knowing full well that the legal process is unlikely to result in you getting the money back off them. The law protects them rather than the consumer as they have no assets that can be seized. They are a disgrace. ...

Dear HN, Because you are thieves you idiot, that's what you do. Popping into the office makes no difference, as you know. Even court orders make no difference because it is illegal to seize the sparse assets you have as they are " required to run your business".
