Fantastic service. Phil Brown went above and beyond to make our purchase as smooth as possible. When our solicitor couldn't get an answer from our vendor Phil always managed to. Amazing Staff (especially wonderful Sam).
We renting property from Country Properties from 4 years. Never had any issues.
I am pretty sure they care about Tenants (and Landlords as well)

we recently sold our property in Flitwick and used Country Properties as our agent. Phil Brown was brilliant, no call went unanswered and everything he could do, he did, and more. I do not recommend this agent. Staff are nice initially then become aggressive once the letting has taken plance. They have fed incorrect information to ensure the letting takes place. Staff are inflexible. There are many more trusted agents in Flitwick. Problems encountered : - very... Read Full Review

I do not recommend this agent.
Staff are nice initially then become aggressive once the letting has taken plance.
They have fed incorrect information to ensure the letting takes place. Staff are inflexible.
There are many more trusted agents in Flitwick.
Problems encountered :
- very poor and inaccurate valuation
- Pets in the letting and not advised
- Smokers in the property and not advised
- Misinformation regarding length of tenancy
- Results of credit checks not shared or advised that tenants were unemployed

2 Sept 2020Do not recommend this agency. Heating and hot water stopped working due to my boiler 6 days ago and still has not been fixed. I have explained to them that i have a 4 month old baby at this property...
