Talking back to that day, Ketan was one of the best staff I couldn’t count on him
1. Ketan Very very Gentle
2. He really nice personality
3. He’s very helpful every time even gave advice he didn't involved with it
4. He is a gentleman
5. We really appreciate how he talked with us not a single sentence no bullying, underestimate
There are lots of things that we love him through his service. And he is one of the choice i decided to pay the apartment . As we had the WhatsApp , the conversation is very very nice . We meet a couple time he treat the tenant who from Asian ,Thailand with no doubt . Lastly , i really happy that i we had Ketan . Cameron need to be proud of him really , he didn’t pay for me to say this blabla - but this really came from me and my family since days one at the Uxbridge .
For others stuff i don’t feel comfortable to talk with i mean their personality not matches with high quality like Ketan .

I explained Ketan how difficult it was for me to find a pet friendly place and the first thing I asked at the viewing was "what's the catch " it's a 2 bed house, cheap rent comparing to whats on the market, pet friendly. Ketan looked me in the eye and lied. "There is no catch Eva"
1st month in to the property we had a gas leak
4th month - water leak
During checkout they charged £10 for a few hangers I left in the wardrobe and a total of £250 from our deposit. After, a back and forth emails they charged us £150. We were in the property for only 5 months and they charged an arm and a leg on "damage".
This agency is simply a joke. They put the house for sale before they even told us.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dealt with *, she was very patronising and unreasonable. Also a very rude woman that didn't explain anything properly. Our landlord decided to sale a flat which we currently renting so we choose local agents - Cameron to try and find new place. From first steps in we felt most welcomed. Ketan was managing our case - quick questionnaire to get to know our preferences etc and within my first visit he managed to confirm first viewing for us followed by two more in next three days. During that time we were well informed about all aspects of renting and referencing check process. So with that in mind and new place sorted now we want to say Cameron crew are superb to work with, professional guys, efficiency and communication at top level. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the Office Manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
