Brannen and Partners are a local family run business which has been established at the Coast for over 20 years. The Brannen family has been synonymous with property on the Coast since the early 1900s - older generations of the family were prolific homebuilders in the area including on the Broadway, Linskill Terrac
e and Hawkeys Lane. There is also a ‘Brannen Street’ in North Shields, acting as a reminder of how the Brannen family has shaped the Coast brick by brick.
Today we sell and let rather than build houses from our Whitley Bay and Tynemouth offices.

Absolutely shocking service, I have had the misfortune of dealing with Brannens as they manage a building that I am currently renting a flat in. The staff are rude and take months to answer emails, when they do answer it is unhelpful and often doesn’t contain any actionable solutions. It took them months to accept responsibility for mould in my flat and when they finally got it ‘repaired’ the mould reappeared in weeks, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, stay away.

The management team is horrible and extremely irresponsible. Even after multiple emails and phone calls repairs were still not being conducted. Very slow responding time. The management team is horrible and extremely irresponsible. Even after multiple emails and phone calls repairs were still not being conducted. Very slow responding time. The efficiency is also disappointing. with inquiries often takes weeks for a response and most other time you wont even get a response. At least not after i ring them everyday. I would not recommend any landlords or tenants to use their service. There is a reason that there were so many 1 star (if not 0 star) reviews. Horrible experience, would not recommend and generally a frustrating and disappointing experience
