I was on a business trip to Canada with an 8 hour time difference. I informed bfl agents of my trip, which was the week before we exchanged. We were waiting for lawyers down the chain. Despite there being nothing I could do, someone called Mark, from bfl agent, called me at least twice at 3am in Canada. I think it was three times. After the first time my husband (who remained in the UK) and I emailed to say not to bother me. After the second time my husband emailed and told him to stop bullying me. We closed the week later as expected. The lawyers had all in hand. Tactics like that are unnecessary. You should be ashamed Mark, and bfl should be ashamed of being associated with him.

I must say, I was very impressed with his work. From the start, he was clear, concise and purposeful in his approach and gave me the impression that only the best service would do. He was very personable,a good communicator, and passionate about what he was doing - he clearly had a job to do and wanted to do it well. We had meetings with 3 West Kirby Estate Agents. The meeting with Guy Roberts (Valuer) of Bradshaw Farnham & Lea was the most professional, informative and comfortable, he also suggested the highest valuation and the lowest charges. Sold property within 3 weeks at full valuation, couldn't be happier.

We bought and sold via BFL and the service we received was fantastic, in particular with our purchase. It had been a difficult task to find a new house but BFL were excellent at keeping us informed of new listings and finding a house for us. We have sold two properties through BFL, they succeeded where other local agents failed miserably. They know the market and have the buyers waiting. We were kept informed every step of the way and found them to be professional, helpful and different from the rest. All the staff know the properties on their books so you can speak to anyone rather than waiting for the person you have been allocated to be available. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent with a difference.
