Michael chan of Bennett Mason was very helpful from the start of my tenancy to the end. Finding property in London as a young adult fresh out of university is a daunting task and most agents give hassle but Bennett Mason was very understandable and helpful. DO NOT USE... especially if they are managing the property. They never reply and you have to do all the maintenance. Upon move out they try and take as much deposit as possible. Horrible... Read Full Review

DO NOT USE... especially if they are managing the property.
They never reply and you have to do all the maintenance.
Upon move out they try and take as much deposit as possible.

Bennett Mason made the process of becoming landlords, and letting out our flat for the first time, easy and cost-effective. They fully understood everything needed to prepare the flat for rental, much of which we might have missed by ourselves in the rush to move out! They always had great suggestions (e.g. contractors), and most importantly they were always on top of progress, absolutely never needed chasing. They found great tenants quickly. They have been polite, friendly, efficient, and cost-effective. I would highly recommend them as either landlord or tenant!

Every single time they performed above expectations. Don't have a single negative thing to say about Bennett Mason.
They were very professional yet very approachable. Always spoke with regards and respect. Can't recommend them enough, one agent in London that you can completely trust and rely upon. I only wish the east go the agents were like them.

We have had a great experience with Bennett Mason, we have just moved into a great two bedroom apartment and the whole experience has been fantastic. I was a bit skeptical about using a smaller agency but I was proved totally wrong. Michael was straight forward and kept us informed of everything throughout the process and come move in day everything was organised down to the finest detail. I would definitely recommend Bennett Mason and Michael in particular. I hope to continue a great professional relationship with them.
