Poor unresponsive customer service only to finally respond with a simple email (no apologies btw) after contacting them via all possible channels, email, telephone and online chat, except for the traditional snail mail. I'm not usually bothered with writing reviews but wow what annoyed me was that I've emailed them last week to arrange for a viewing of a flat which has been let this morning. If we were actually able to view the flat, we would probably have made an offer as well. They're obviously not very interested in providing a service and their excuse is "Apologies for any delays, it has been extremely busy". If they couldn't handle a simple email, only god knows how they handle emergencies. So good luck to the person who rents or buys from them and hope to expect a good response when help is required. Check the other reviews.

Fees! Haha. They would have to sell a property to get fees.
These guys are absolute jokers, and have no idea about selling a property. I have sold a number of properties over the years and used different real estate agents. My recent experience with Bective Leslie Marsh (Notting Hill office), has been absolutely disgraceful. It is no wonder that online agents like Purple Bricks and Yopa are getting traction.
After listing the property for sale with Bective Leslie Marsh, the original agent I spoke with was nowhere to be seen. I was left with some junior person (or someone that clearly had no idea about selling a property) to deal with.
It was only after chasing numerous time, I would even be contacted about how the sale was going. This was often not more than a print-out from Zoopla! There was zero effort to sell the property; no suggestions on what could be done - even after asking if we should drop the selling price (below market) they didn't even respond. After complaining, I had a short phone call saying that they would provide regular feedback. Not apologising or even making an excuse for the ridiculously poor experience. However, after this, nothing again...
These guys have no idea about selling a property, and are beyond incompetent.

This was my second attempt working with this agency but with equally disappointing experiences that barely went beyond initial discussions. Absolutely no requirements that I shared (location etc) was acknowledged and I was bombarded with options that were not even close to what I was looking for. On occasion when I would find something on my own on their website and inquire, they are unable to respond. It seems their first priority is to push flats that have been on the market for a while. No customer service.

My partner and I were shocked at how unprofessional our experience with BLM was.
The communication was terrible often going months without hearing back from agents. Many times we rang to find out why no one was getting back to us and was told again we would be contacted and never were.

Many times we rang to find out why no one was getting back to us and was told again we would be contacted and never were. It to taking two months to get our security deposit released, even our landlords spoke with us directly to tell us how sorry and disappointed they were with how unprofessional the company was.
