Ricky dealt with the sale of my property (Dagenham branch) whilst I also bought another property within the Balgores group (Romford branch).
From beginning to end, Ricky was a star. He clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to the property market and he made it his mission to cut out the fluff of selling a house. He made the entire process effortless and even went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. One example (out of many) - was printing paperwork for me to sign and sending it to my solicitors for me. He was never obligated to do so, especially with items regarding my purchase. So although this is was a small gesture on his part - this was very much appreciated from my self as I do not have a printer at home, nor could I leave the house due to the pandemic.
Ricky was polite, professional and punctual at all times. He did everything in his power to ensure that everything went smoothly.
All in all, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is clearly a great asset to the Balgores group and is a stellar example of how an estate agent should conduct their work. I highly recommend Ricky and his team at Balgores Dagenham!

I am a landlord myself and could not believe the manner that i had been treated as a tenant of a property that they were managing. I am a landlord myself and could not believe the manner that i had been treated as a tenant of a property that they were managing.
Repairs that needed to be dealt with the property had taken a ridiculously long time to be dealt with.
There was no understanding from any of the members of staff that the works had be dealt with as the property was ended up with damp in the bathroom due to a leaky shower head that ran all day and wasted an unbelievable amount of water.

Billy Gill arrived and stated he had buyers waiting in this price range and on no account drop the asking price. Balgores held an open days two days later and we accepted an offer at the price we wanted. Have always had Billy's number to contact him if needed and calls to the Hornchurch office were always dealt with politely and professionally . Balgores excelled with with their service to us and I recommended our son and his property was under offer within days. We even received a congratulations call after exchanging contracts . I would highly recommend Balgores Hornchurch to anyone after my experience and in particular Billy Gill who dealt with everything so we didn't have to and selling the house became a smooth process.

In times of COVID he also went the extra mile to ensure we had safe viewings and no time wasters. He made the process of marketing my house and securing our onward purchase feel stress free - unlike my previous two moving experiences! Donna in the sales progression team was great! She contacted me with proactive updates of the sale progress, helped me understand some of the solicitor jargon and guided me through the process. If I called Donna she would know the status of my sale and purchase without having to look up my details or call me back. This was reassuring and much appreciated.
Overall the Balgores team where brilliant from beginning to end and I didn’t regret selecting them as my estate agent at any point in the process.
