And what a difference they are, not just because they sold my property it’s just the whole package and it's easy to why they're considered the top estate agents in the area. Billy Gill and his team displayed exceptional professionalism and was always available when required via email or phone and always got back to me asap. The entire process was handled with efficiency and expertise, making a stressful experience much better.

I wasn't sure Balgores even listed property in my price range but after listing briefly with two previous agents and been sorely disappointed I asked for a valuation . Billy Gill arrived and stated he had buyers waiting in this price range and on no account drop the asking price. Balgores held an open days two days later and we accepted an offer at the price we wanted. Have always had Billy's number to contact him if needed and calls to the Hornchurch office were always dealt with politely and professionally . Balgores excelled with with their service to us and I recommended our son and his property was under offer within days. We even received a congratulations call after exchanging contracts . I would highly recommend Balgores Hornchurch to anyone after my experience and in particular Billy Gill who dealt with everything so we didn't have to and selling the house became a smooth process.

One again the team at Balgores Hornchurch lead by Billy Gill, provided a seamless and stress free sale of property having used Balgore's previously this time was exceptional. Balgore's don't offer a service where you're a name, house, number on their books to sell and meet target's they listen to are both parties needs and in this instance it proved a huge success for both matching seller and buyer without even the need to go to the street marketing and ensured the sale was expedited within 6 weeks. Having bought my first house through Balgores 4/5 years ago, the gulf in class is evident from the offset - that is why I wouldn't have trusted anyone else selling my property.
Billy is in his position because - having dealt with numerous other agents - he is a class above. He delivers on what he says, when he says he will and kept me updated constantly from start to finish. This was even more so evident when out initial buyers decided to pull out and he went the extra mile to sell the property again within 9 days (and taking into account this was over Xmas, that's pretty impressive). If all agents were as helpful, dedicate and focused as him, the market would be an easier place to navigate. He is the only person I'd recommend to family an friends to use (as I have done on numerous occasions already) as in such a stressful part of life, he makes it that much easier. I cannot speak highly enough of him.
Suzanne also is a credit to the company - without her pushing the contracts through, I think I'd have gone mad. She is extremely helpful and reassuring when you are at the end of your patience dealing with numerous other agents/solicitors. As with Billy, I cannot thank/recommend her services enough.
Finally, this does extend to Dan (Dawes - mortgage broker too). He was extremely helpful, insightful and knowledgeable around the whole process and was always on hand with any questions I had (a fair few!).
Overall, I don't see why you would want to use anyone else to sell a house, not just purchase. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for - the service Balgores Hornchurch offer is second to none, starting from the top and filters its way down across all staff.

From the moment Billy arrived at my house to value it to getting us a buyer, he has been nothing but reliable, contactable and made me feel at ease from start to finish.
