By far the best agency I dealt with in Southend. I've rented a place within a week, all checks were done in a timely manner with minimum hassle, they have answered every question and query I had. By far the best agency I dealt with in Southend. I've rented a place within a week, all checks were done in a timely manner with minimum hassle, they have answered every question and query I had. The whole process was completely pain free and I even got a box of freebies for the move! Big thanks to Dan who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and to Nick, who helped with finalising my contract and extra queries I had. Lovely people, always helpful and professional, dealing with Bairstow eves was a breath of fresh air after a 6 weeks intense search and talking to multiple agencies. Well done guys and thank you:)

I knew the rental property well and that helped There are a couple of post-agreement 'things that need to be put right' but I have no doubt that given their service thus far, these issues will be readily resolved.

Look property in London who let the flat
Bairstow eves who look after the flat for look property as they were based in London

Ignored every single email I've ever sent, despite receiving a read receipt for all. It transpires if they won't make any money in helping you, it is not worth their time helping you. Also recently had a valuation and was promised results in writing from another branch. 2 weeks later still... Read Full Review
