Beware of using this agency. Completely untrustworthy. We had a multi-agency agreement with this agency and had agreed the same commission rate as with the other two agencies. Beware of using this agency. Completely untrustworthy.
We had a multi-agency agreement with this agency and had agreed the same commission rate as with the other two agencies. In person, they agreed to the same commission rate and then surreptitiously increased it in the contract. It's only at the end of the entire venture - which is long and dragged out in itself, given I had to coordinate the agent and give daily instructions to follow up with the buyer, you're faced with a surprise sum in the final invoice.
Do not recommend!
