Worst interaction and customer care I have ever experienced. I am a new landlord and decided to rent my property out. After a week or so I was told a couple and 1 family member had offered on my property. I was told they were 2 professionals tenants and the third tenant wouldn't be referenced as she was pregnant and not working. I wanted professional tenants only but the estate agents were well aware I was pregnant myself and I feel they have made up a story based on my circumstances to play on my emotions and heart strings! I accepted the tenants based on the information I was presented. I later found out by the tenants themselves that they had no children and had never been pregnant, this was completely made up. The story I was told was completely fabricated by the estate agent Karun and Harry, they took advantage of me. A few months after the tenants had moved into the property I discovered from my neighbour that 6 people were living in the property and not the initial 3 that I was told. I spent over 20k refurbing my property and it's very disheartening to know that the people that are renting it out are not the only persons living in it. I booked in an inspection with the tenants directly and I was shocked to see several mattresses in the living room and next to the beds in both bedrooms! There was also a piece of paper sellotaped to my recently new and painted bathroom door which read, rules of the bathroom. It was clear more than 3 persons were living at the property. My neighbours have provided my with cctv from their ring door bell and I'm shocked. The estate agents manage my property however the tenants text and call me when issuesarise sooo what exactly is the management fee that I'm paying for? I have made many complaints about Karun and Harry to the owners of the estate agents, countrywide however these complaints have landed on deaf ears! I have made a complaint about the above because it has and is causing me so much stress… Countrywide who own Bairstow Eves have responded to my complaint saying that the references was a misunderstanding on the estate agents part and apologising… No resolution offered! It wasn't a misunderstanding, I questioned the referencing multiple times and each time I was assured. The referencing process is very strict with any estate agent so simply saying it was a misunderstanding is a lie! With regards to the extra persons living in my property, Bairstow Eves have said this wasn't the case at the start of the tenancy. Despite them managing my property, they haven't offered a resolution or told me what they are going to do to make things right! I have emailed them today informing them the tenants are in breach of their contact and the estate agents are not acting within my best interest! The customer service is awful at this estate agents and they continuously lie anyway they can to agree a deal! They do not take accountability for their mistakes and also have an excuse. There owners countrywide have not been helpful either. I'm currently obtaining legal advice and progressing this!! If you're looking for an honest estate agent, I would urge you to read my review first!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your estate agents.
During my recent interactions with them, I have encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior. This includes a lack of timely communication, failure to provide accurate information, and a general disregard for my concerns as a client.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and competence from your team. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has fallen short of these expectations.

After my bad experience, I thought let me warn people by leaving a review then I see a review in my name already written. They have mentioned that I have rented a property of them. They never gave the property to me. After being dragged around for weeks, I chased these guys up on daily basis 10 calls just to get to them once. Lack of staff on letting side is not even a word. One employee is the manager and employee and everyday she is on annual leave. No words to describe these guys. I mean why are you guys writing a review in my name. I have reported your fraud and will take further action. Mahnoor is apparently the manager but she is always on annual leave, she made 2 appointments with me and cancelled out last minute and messed my entire day twice. I had no requested from landlord they told me call bairstow eve in hainault just to get Robert to tell me landlord says no because I have played them around. After seeing a fake review written in my name it makes sense these guys a fraud. Also if you are trying to rent from them good luck as one part timer is the employee they have thought her to lie and say I was on annual leave. This is a joke

I have income higher than they requested, homelet said your reference went through, I am also a landlord which puts me in the experience how but these guys are. I feel sorry for the landlords with them.

We were very happy that we found this Agency in Barkingside. Kristofer and Julia helped us a lot, they were very helpful and cooperative. When we first arrived in the office Kristofer straight away knew that what kind of flat suit for us, he was excellent. As we saw the property we rent it on the same day.

Both myself and the seller lost out as it turned out they never received my higher offer! I suspect they may have there favorites to recommend sales to, also used alot of tricks to push you off track. also very pushy on using their in-house services countrywide, who don't have the greatest rep. Also was lied to blatantly and currently there is a complaint outstanding with their head office and the ombudsman. All in all, left a sour taste due to the wasted time and monies involved. Sellers and Buyers avoid, you have been warned.
