I have been with them for two years and have not received anything but requests for more money. I have been denied every single small request I made. I asked to hold a rent increase for 6 months only and received no joy. In exchange I am a perfect tenant and keep the accommodation in very good... Read Full Review

I second the previous review of this letting agent. They are terrible money sucker. £60 every 6 months for the privilege to stay in our flat.£5 increase in the rent after just 2 years and then £10 the year later. £300 charged for my pet which I won't be reimbursed regardless of damage... What agent could do to change your mind?
They asked for a very big amount of money initially and it wasn't very clear what for, and then keep asking for more money (£60) every 6 months to renew the contract.

I second the previous review of this letting agent. They are terrible money sucker. £60 every 6 months for the privilege to stay in our flat.£5 increase in the rent after just 2 years and then £10 the year later. £300 charged for my pet which I won't be reimbursed regardless of damage or not. As for repairs, the gutters have not been cleaned in years and plants are growing out of it. We have also been left with a water drip for months. I won't use them in the future. I think I would rather stay in my car.

They will charge you an inventory fee, when you move in, check out fee, when you move out (£60-80 each), you have to pay £60 in each 6 month to renew your tenancy agreement. Of course you have to pay referencing fees upfront (around £350 for 2 people), and they used a scottich agency who kept calling us (wanted to sell some insurance) a couple of times every day for weeks, I had to use some not really nice language to stop this.

If you tell them, you have any issues with the property, they are very polite, but don't do anything. (eg. changing top up electricity- the answer: they won't ask the landlord about it; wet kitchen cupborad: they haven't sent anybody in 4 months to check it)
Avoid them!!!!!!
