I have also experienced this extreme rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. I can completely understand why someone still under contract with this agency (with the illusion of potentially having a deposit returned) may not want to complain while still living in the house. Once on going to the office to discuss the return of my deposit I was subjected to three female agents shouting at me , one implying I’d had some kind of orgy in my room because I had my brother and his friend stay ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could be easier to contact, call back when they say they're going to and generally be a little more professional all round. What kind of letting agency LOSES the keys to their properties?? Ludicrous.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to emails and phone calls in a faster fashion. Giving times and dates that things would be sorted, instead of "this is in hand" type emails. Nothing has been done to assure me that the work that is needed will be carried out at all.

I think the way in which you have responded to this comment clearly demonstrates the rude and unproffwsional manner in which you chose to communicate to paying clients. I had very similar issues and when paying £880 a week for a single room expected to be treated as a human. My deposit also took months to be returned despite proving all documents and I actually had to take you to the deposit litigation service. The agency repeatedly and systematically lied to me, misled me and mismanaged the property I was renting from them. They are also treating my deposit monies in a suspicious manner and I will uncover what's going on.
