We have scoured our files in order to locate a Tomas who apparently says he rented a property from us. We would very much appreciate his full name and a copy of the tenancy agreement he signed along with the Landlord and ourselves as the agent. I went with Winkworth and they got me lovely tenants within less than a week which paid ‚£1400. They over valued my property which i thought was a tad extreme myself for a one bedroom + study room (not a 2 bedroom as they were trying to market it at)

Amber & Co operate a policy of notifying existing tenants of our intended visit the DAY BEFORE. Some Agents use the term 24 hours notice, but unfortunately now and again we come across tenants who insist on PRECISELY TWENTY FOUR HOURS notice. Firstly let me clarify that £100 per week does not equate to £400 per month. Only the month of February has 28 days or 4 weeks of 7 days. The other months in the calendar have 30 or 31 days. So rent is calculated by Per Calendar Month which is calculated in the following manner 52 weeks x the weekly rent divided by 12 months, so £100 per week would tally at £433.33.
