Great service from a friendly local agent.
Great photographs were taken putting the property in its best light, it sold very quickly from an open block viewing day which was well organised.
Dedicated sales progressor helped chase things along the chain through to sucessful completion despite all the covid uncertainties and delays from banks and legals we have sold and moved on to our new place.

Helen, our sales progressor was wonderful. As soon as the process began she got in touch to reassure us she would do all the hard work so we didn't have to worry.
And wow did Helen work hard!
A week never went past without her providing a detailed update on where we were. When things started to slow down, she was like a detective to get to the bottom of any hold ups.
I don't think we would have got through this process without Helen going to bat for us over and over again. In the final week, she was updating us 3 times a day. Make no mistake Helen was the one person that got this over the line.
Her calm nature and reassuring attitude is what every sales progressor needs. I can't promise her enough.
Thank you Allen Heritage.

I have nothing but praise for the whole Allen Heritage team. My property was ver successfully let and managed by the letting team for several years. Allen Heritage have been managing my property rental for a number of years now.
