They are good only until you put up your deposit. Once you paid something, they will not care for you anymore, even if the transaction is not complete yet. No response to emails, no updates on the property you are buying, etc. Terribly bad on ...

yeah the fees are reasonable and I was 100% happy paying it, especially seen as I am having on going support at my property.

Time waster. Did not care for appraising the property. Snootilly glanced at each room with no objective oppions in regards to the state of the property. Avoid dealing with this company. Cancelled appointment only to hastily rebook via voicemail. Would not recommend....

I agree. Allen and Harris is only good to customers up until you put your deposit or rent and when they get their commission and fees. After that, no more communications with you at all. Don't deal with them, you will regret. ...
