Both my wife and I have wasted a whole lunch hour going to an arranged viewing. We work far from Dennistoun and and both travelled from different locations. We stood outside property in Dennistoun and no show from Allen & Harris rep. We called the office 2 or 3 times , went to answer machine.... Read Full Review

Both my wife and I have wasted a whole lunch hour going to an arranged viewing. We work far from Dennistoun and and both travelled from different locations.
We stood outside property in Dennistoun and no show from Allen & Harris rep. We called the office 2 or 3 times , went to answer machine. We tried the Shawlands office who also could get thru even to staff mobile numbers.
We went to their office and were told they were in staff training! The property we we meant to view had an offer accepted and they could only apologise.
Our booking was bit in the system which seems a joke as we have viewing confirmed by their booking system which is clearly a joke

The agent could have done everything and anything to make things better!!

Complete incompetence from the whole branch with a severe lack of communication,no rush or sense of importance to them what so ever.
Yet they are happy to take your money!
