AK was there for us from start to finish through our first time buyer experience. He made the mortgage application process very easy, made sure we understood the process and was on hand whenever we had a question. I highly recommend AK for his services. A friend of mine recommended me to him after I was declined a mortgage from another broker (despite that broker telling me I was guaranteed a mortgage). My circumstances are complex, yet he managed to secure me a mortgage with 3 days, including working over the weekend and during his holiday. From the start he assured me that he could help and if any issues my fee would be refunded. He is efficient, reassuring, experienced, professional and has saved me considerable stress. I'm so delighted that I was introduced to him and now extremely excited about moving.

Am a first time buyer and when I viewed the house I now own the closing date was only a few days away and I had nothing in place. You never get anything for free its all included in the selling price, I found out the hard way my advice is to get your own home report, they used there sister company Connells, to do the home report, the valuation was very low, so I decided to get my own home report done by a reputable company and they valued my property seven thousand pounds more. In my opinion Connells, under valued my property so Allen and Harris, could sell my property quicker thus getting their selling fee and reaching targets, it also looks good having sold signs popping up on the for sale boards.
