Working with Anthony James to sell our house has been a pleasant and positive experience from start to end. They have taken a lot of the stress away from the very first friendly and helpful telephone call with Matthew to the honest and informative Valuation appointment with Eamonn. Following that, the brilliant professional photos taken by Tommy Lee, the care and time afforded to all the questions and requests we had not to mention the great value of their selling package. Every viewing appointment was arranged with permission on the phone, followed up by email and met with a viewing agent on the day to brief me straight after. Thank you David and Mel for all your help too â the entire team are so supportive and doing a sterling job providing this A* service. I wish them all the best and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

I recently used these estate agents for the first time and I was completely disappointed. I really should've stuck with Acorn who I know are efficient. They never called me back, they had no idea what they were talking about, over charge you when they do nothing but sit there waiting for their commission. I called untold times and was met with the answer of "I don't know" to a question. They were rude, miserable and just young boys with no idea of what being an estate agent really is. I would not recommend.

Both my husband and I were really impressed with the service we received from the team at Anthony James. We'd struggled to sell our property through another agency, and yet they managed to in no time. We also purchased our current property through them at the same time, which really couldn't have been simplier. They kept us up to date through every step, and unlike some agencies you don't have to chase as they are extremely diligent. Thank you again, we love our new home.

To cut a long story short they kept our referencing money(which was expected) and deposit, we didnt get the house we wanted to rent because David (director) couldn't do his job properly. We was treated really badly by anthony james the welling branch.
