I'd give them zero starts if able: a total shower and sham of shockingly half-witted non-actions resulting in my property never being represented properly (if they even bothered putting in their catalogues - be it last-minute entry or a regular entry - they just didn't bother listing... I did not sell squat through them despite this form demanding I enter such a falsehood: they don't know if they're Agnes or Angus when you try and get sense from them.
AVOID - bang your head against some concrete instead for a superior effect.

To call these people cowboys is a disservice to cowboys. The registration was late in opening and the auction was late in starting. We purchased a house but could not get a receipt of purchase because their printer was not working, but was promised a copy by e mail, which never came. We had to... Read Full Review

To call these people cowboys is a disservice to cowboys. The registration was late in opening and the auction was late in starting. We purchased a house but could not get a receipt of purchase because their printer was not working, but was promised a copy by e mail, which never came. We had to phone the Edinburgh office several times before eventually we received the said paperwork. We completed on the property 2 weeks later on a Thursday A.M. but never received the keys until the following Monday. Property Auctions hold the keys on properties for their selling clients but are in no hurry to pass them on to buyers. We phoned on the Friday morning after completion to find out where the keys were only to be told that we didn't need keys as most people change the locks anyway. We, and our solicitor have asked for an explanation from Property Auctions, but surprise surprise, no reply. Don't use this company if at all possible is my advice.

My flat sold, albeit at a very low price, but one which I accepted after having no luck for 18 months selling on the open market.

First time I have had any dealings with this company. They were informative, professional and realistically priced. They are a one stop shop if you want to sell a property with the minimum of fuss. He is very punctual, responding to emails and queries almost immediately. Once a property has been sold, he keeps an eye on it to ensure the end to end process stays on track.
