I *really* wanted this to work for my Central London 1-bed flat sale and was keen to try it out. I only received three viewings via MOEA, which resulted in one (low) offer. MOEA appeared to think I should take the low offer 'in case another didn't materialise. ' I persevered and paid extra for a MOEA 'for sale' sign and Rightmove premium, which didn't seem to help. They could only suggest one other thing, and that was to reduce the asking price. In the meantime, I negotiated a lower-than-usual commission deal with a local agent who seemed very keen, and they arranged 20+ viewings within the first few weeks. Their floor plan also had a different (larger) total floor area to My Online Estate Agent's plan, which I felt was important as similar properties in my area were achieving £1000 per sq ft. Despite me raising this with MOEA on several occasions and requesting them to do a new floor plan, they did not arrange for a re-measure. My local agent's marketing work resulted in three offers, one of which proceeded to the sale of the property at over 98% of the asking price. Even after the agent's commission had been accounted for, I was still over £13,000 up on the best offer obtained via My Online Estate Agent. My local agent also helped to progress the deal through to completion. Overall I would like to say: great idea, if you think it will work for you, but a good local agent can do a much better job, and you might end up with more money for the sale, even after you have paid the agent's fees.
What agent could do to change your mind?

What agent could do to change your mind?
Had the agent come back to me and answered my requests to make arrangements for the floor plan of my property to be re-measured (after offering to do so) I would have been more satisfied with the service that I had received.

My Online estate Agents also sell properties by advertising them through the same portals but at a fraction of the cost. After speaking with Jo (a great member of their team) i decided to run with it.
On day one i had 6 inquiries all managed by Jo and sold the house on day 6. The sale has now been completed.
The whole experience was simple, professional and very effective.
I would like to thank your team for a very professional experience and for saving me money.
I would recommend an online estate agent to anyone looking to save on costs.

After doing considerable research, i chose to use My Online Estate Agent because they delivered the services i required at a cost that i was more than happy with.
This is the first time i have dealt with an online company, as opposed to a local agent whom i can walk to the shop and speak to, so i was a little apprehensive at first. However, from the outset, the staff were open, honest, warm and extremely helpful. These are all aspects that i value greatly. Although i have only listed Jo and Lisa, i have also dealt with Andrew and someone else, and they dealt with my (many!) enquiries professionally on every occasion.
The only negative comment i have to make was in relation to the Tenancy Reference service, which was an external agency. I found that this 3rd party was a little slow at times to convey information, although it should be noted that i was very much 'against the clock' with timeframes, which didn't help. If i'd have allowed myself more time then it wouldn't have been an issue i'm sure. Even then, the fees charged for this service were much cheaper than my previous high street estate agent.
From start to finish, i was very happy with the service. I will use MOEA every time in the future, and will recommend them to anyone. (In fact I already have, to several people.)
To be absolutely honest, i'm surprised that anyone even uses a high street agent with this company in existence.
Top marks, MOEA, and my sincere thanks.

I used My Online Estate Agent to sell a renovated house in Guildford and was pleasantly surprised at the great level of service for such a low price. As a property developer I've bought and sold dozens of properties and will now never go back to using an expensive high street estate agent. Thanks to Jo and Lisa for being so professional and helpful through the sales process. I had 6 viewings in the first week and accepted an offer close to asking price just 19 days after listing the property. In the first week I had 4 viewings all from what I considered to be good quality buyers. 2 of the buyers made offers and after Jo at My Online Estate Agent assisted with the negotiations I accepted an offer. Jo instructed both solicitors and once the solicitors took over the sale went very smoothly.

I would definiately use My Online Estate Agent again. I was a little unsure at first so I even went as far as asking the buyers how they found the service and the feedback was very good.
