Sold our property in Rosebay Gardens which had been on the market with two other agents, Erling came to our property and recommended we try a different strategy by increasing the price but advertising it as a Guide Price, well it certainly worked, 7 viewers the first weekend (although only 4 were in a position to buy (sold their own) two offers and we ended up accepting one £6700 over the price we were on the market for originally. The team in the Cheltenham branch are very pushy but that's what I think the property needed. Steer clear of their solicitors who are expensive. Praise to Erling, Helen and David, we are now happily settled in out new home down in Dorset thanks!

We haven't sold yet, not surprising when they are never in the office. One is always on holiday or at a wedding or races or just having a day off. No one answers the phone or returns messages. Emails are your best bet but don't expect a reply for a few days. They don't give correct... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer phones, advertise in homebuyer, give feedback. Turn up on time for viewing. Tell the truth.

No one answers the phone or returns messages. Emails are your best bet but don't expect a reply for a few days.
They don't give correct information and if a viewing is cancelled they don't tell you. In one case they made up a story about a viewing and potential buyer however, they were found out and in that list our trust.
They don't advertise in the local Home Buyer which is a surprise when other local agents do. Very disappointed no marketing strategy or feedback. Will try and sell ourselves as no point sticking with them. All morning until 2pm I've tried calling but just rings and rings. Fed up.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could at least respect the safety of his/her tenants with a good after sales service.

From moving in 4 November 2013 and submitting property defects,we have been without a stove for the first 3 weeks and without a working oven since we moved in.All external doors are too hard to open for my 88 year old mother-in-law.In case of an emergency this is a problem.
