I started using the agents for renting a property back in December of 2013. Since this point I have had nothing but positive interactions. I haev primarily dealt with Stephanie Hogg and I have found her to be polite and communicative. She has been proactive in dealing with any issue that I have and has remained in constant contact with regards to this. I would go as far as to say that Hemmings Hannlon Clark, and Stephannie Hogg in particular, have provided the best level of service I have received from a letting agency

If a landlord - get out and do it yourself. They are uncontactable. They wont tell me where my tenants deposits are either , which is worrying. Beware tenants and landlords - if you check Companies House you will see the Company has 2 months before being struck of the register and being dissolved.

Completely unprofessional company with little or no interest in rental tenants. Wait a ridiculous amount of time to have any repairs done, even emergency repairs. Unfortunately they are 100% unprofessional, letting my property through them and ran into the following problems:
- frequently ignore emails
- twice in 6 months they simply forgot to pay forward my rent payment
- quarterly inspection documented in the agreement was not performed
- 2 months after the last missing rent payment and one month after firing them still chasing that payment
Completely unreliable and starting debt collection proceedings soon...

I had a very positive experience with Hemmings Hanlon Clark. Craig was extremely helpful and informative when he visited me at my property to take picture of the house. Overall I would rate my experience with Hemmings Hanlon Clark as excellent and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

What a service!! We can not fault Hemmings Hanlon and Clark at all. In our eyes they are second to none. We have been through the mill with perhaps more well know agents who promised us the world and delivered us nothing. From the very first meeting with Hemmings Hanlon and Clark we knew they were different. We weren't subjected to a tedious sales pitch but instead was given real honest advice about selling our property. Which they did in less than 2 months!! We had a steady stream of viewers and were given fabulous feedback from each one with an end result of obtaining 2 offers within a week of each other. In particular I have to mention Stephanie Girvan. She worked so hard and kept in constant contact with us, offering valuable advice on anything we could do to ensure a sale. But above all she didn't make us feel like we were bothering her for asking questions, her enthusiasm and professionalism were always evident and it was clear she was genuinely there to help us. Hemmings Hanlon and Clark we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work and we will be coming back to you the next time we have a property to sell. Very thorough service received from Hemmings Hanlon Clark. I cannot rate Hemming Hanlon Clark highly enough. The girls were professional in every aspect of their job. Having had trouble evicting a Tenant, HHC took this problem off my hands and dealt efficiently and effectively with the situation. I now have a new Tenant under which HHC are managing and taking all the stress of managing a property from me,The Landlady. They keep me informed every step of the way. I have been renting from Hemmings Hanlon and Clark for nearly a year. I am very pleased with the service, the local office answers any questions and needs I have promptly and completely. I usually get a response to email within one working day and I feel that office know who I am and have built a courteous and professional relationship with me. In particular, I feel I can talk to the staff and quickly resolve any issues or find out the information I need with minimal fuss and with the confidence that I only need to ask once and the office will follow through. For example this was the case when renewing my lease some weeks ago or when I recently enquired about when the gas safety certification was next due. I would absolutely recommend my local branch to a friend.
