Non existent, totally unacceptable customer service. Their contact number doesn't ring until after 17:00. Then a voicemail tells you that they are now closed. They do not respond to emails. They have used my account details to pay for another flat in addition to mine for 3 months. I have send them emails, called them etc to alert them to this. Yet nothing was done to resolve this. Only when I cancelled my direct debit with them did they respond by threathing to charge me extra if I don't pay them. Their last bill indicated that I was £3 in credit! The standard of repairs carried out is of a very low standard. Don't consider them. They do not derserve your custom. They may be cheap, but they are cheap for a reason.

This company are the factors of our building but, after calling & emailing numerous times find them hard to get hold of...as yet still no reply, this is going on for 2 months now. I wouldn't recommend anyone uses this company as they are quick to take clients money but, not so quick to respond to anything else!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
