Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint against Foster & Edwards, please do this by writing to Foster & Edwards, 75 Acre Lane London SW2 5TH with full details of your complaint. We will consider your complaint within 7 days of receiving communication of which we will acknowledge receipt. We will endeavor to resolve the complaint within 30 days. If you are still dissatisfied you can write to The Property Ombudsman’s Office. A leaflet can be obtained from Foster & Edwards.
