As soon as you pay £4000 deposit they will never call you. I did not get to see a single property during 10 months of my membership. For last 6 months i have been trying to get my money back but now i have lost hope and taking it to court.
What agent could do to change your mind?
He could give my my money back as it is in the contract!

I joined this company in 2013. Do not transfer any money to them. They will scam you of your £4000. I had a 2yr dispute with this con company and went to the Ombudsman & eventually got my money back. Don't be fooled & don't send them not 1 penny. I ... Read Full Review

These guys really tell it as it is... they helped me with a few property affairs including the sale of 3 properties i own. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
