Arranged a viewing, took the afternoon off work and they never showed up. When I rang them they informed me that the property had been rented out and there was 'nothing in the book' about my viewing.

Very dismissive when I have enquired about renting properties, unprofessional and seemed uninterested. One particular Young girl I delt with seemed bored talking to me and gave me literally no information on properties, was shocked that a company this big has such bad customer service. I will not...
