What an amazing service we received from Rayners. I'm not normally one to leave reviews but in this case I felt I had to.
I'm a 1st time landlord so contacted several letting agents before making my decision. From the 1st phone call I knew Rayners would be the right fit for me. They were nothing but supportive. They explained things to me simply and were always open for questions....which I'm sure I asked many! They did their homework and found me a great tenant. They kept me informed at all stages of the process and I never needed to chase them.
Something that I loved about them....they weren't afraid to pick up the phone and chat things through. In our world of emails I found this refreshing and often more efficient. So if you're looking for a letting agent, I make no hesitation in recommending Rayners.

Rayners were absolutely stellar letting agents for us - so kind, generous and supportive with all queries. I feel really lucky to have worked with them, they made everything easy - I appreciate their integrity so much, when renting as a tenant can be an incredibly fraught and stressful position to be in. They replied quickly and thoughtfully whenever I had queries, and I had incredibly positive interactions with Alan, Joseph and Denis whenever I needed support with anything. Rayners have been looking after my Mum’s 2 Hackney flats for over 20 years. She is now elderly so I have taking over for her. I have been so impressed with them. They are a delight to deal with. They know their business and the area like the backs of their hands, so their advice was always invaluable to me as I don’t live close by. They return calls promptly and always explain things clearly (in a cheerful voice). Nothing is too much trouble. They are scrupulously fair and honest and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Can't recommend these guys enough, we were over 250 miles away and David and his team did everything and I mean everything.
