Absolute shambles from start to finish. Rented a house with Andrews and when we moved in it was filthy and full of rubbish. Rather than remove the rubbish, they'd listed in on the inventory (presumably they want it back at the end of tenancy???). Moved out last week, per our tenancy agreement. Called this morning to enquire about our deposit to be told they didn't realise we had moved out! Apparently the end of tenancy notice they'd sent us, us handing the keys back to them, emailing them and speaking to them in person about moving out, isn't enough of a hint for these morons. Save your sanity, look elsewhere.

Avoid letting a property from Andrews - over a years contract we (2 key workers at JR hospital and 2 postgraduate students) had multiple issues with them. This was predominately because they were always difficult to get hold of, they did not communicate between departments and there was little to no follow through when issues were reported. For example, we originally were three people signing for a four bed house, with the arrangement that we could find a fourth tenant ourselves and put them on the tenancy agreement for no further rent. Once we found a suitable tenant, Andrews were so slow in making the correct contract and tried to charge us extra rent (£200pm), despite written proof that this would not go up. Moreover, they were always reluctant to replace inventory, requiring us to live with broken/inadequate utilities and furniture (my housemate had to buy her own bed two weeks after reporting it as it had not been sorted).
Additionally, their accounts team is highly disorganised. We received multiple emails throughout the year saying we hadn't been paying the correct amount of rent or there was a certain amount missing (a random amount too, not even one persons rent worth). Each time this happened we all sent bank statements and standing order details to prove we were in the right but the next month the same thing would happen again. Furthermore, the return of our deposit has been delayed (we moved out over a month ago) due to this issue of 'missing money' which was proven to not be our fault.
The whole experience we have had with the Andrews Headington branch has been disappointing, unprofessional and extremely frustrating. We would not recommend at all.

Andrews Headington found me tenants who had only six months left on their right to live and work in the UK. This was of little concern to Andrews who wanted the tenants and the landlord to sign a 12 month tenancy agreement. Andrews did so in the full knowledge that this would be illegal. Andrews showed both disengenuous and fraudulent behaviour with no regard to either client, only interested in their financial gain. Do not use.

However Sarah handled the situation with a polite and caring attitude which made me feel confident that our views were listened to. I have recently used Andrews to sell my property and I cannot thank them enough. They were very professional at all times and were on hand to help in any way they could from start to finish. Their valuation was spot on, they found me a buyer pretty much instantly and then pulled out all the stops when it came to communications with my purchaser and solicitors. I particularly would like to thank Anne-Marie Collins who is the Client Care Manager as she was a god send. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she couldn't do enough to help. All in all Andrews made the whole selling experience as stress free as possible, I would be happy to use them again and would highly recommend them.

I met with Harold who I think is the Manager there, he guided me through the process in terms of selling and then when we were getting viewings Chris Calogirou (Sorry if its spelt wrong) was very good at calling us, and negotiating the offer. Much better than another agent we had used locally not too long ago.
Our expereince was fantastic and would definatly use them again.

The staff are trained to just be completely unhelpful to landlords and the tenants. they are only interesting in safe gaurding their interest (i.e) how much money they can get out it. Their customer service people in letting once they have taken over the property are not helpful and when they make mistakes they never agree to it. I had to literally chase up for the first 4 months to get the rent credited into my account properly.

I will never recommend anyone renting their property through Andrews Branch in Headington
