Terrific Property Services Business
I have rented out a property with Priory Property Services for the last 10 years - and have now just sold it with them.
I have dealt with mostly Paula and Matt who have been incredible throughout.
Their professionalism and expertise has been consistent throughout
As I live 100 miles from the property, they have helped with issues that have arisen and have been very supportive.
They have been tremendous in organising the sale.

I was selling a property in my role as executor of a will for a family member. Lee and his team full appreciated my requirement for a quick sale, but to achieve as good a price as possible to ensure I had sufficient funds to fulfil my late aunt's wishes. Lee has an excellent understanding of the local market and gave a realistic valuation that I was happy with.
I received an offer within a few days of the property being on the market. Although the sale took a little longer than expected to complete, this was nothing to do with Priory Property Services and they ensured that things were moving along as quickly as possible.
Delighted with their service and would strongly recommend. I have purchased and sold a lot of properties outside of the area, so have plenty of experience with estate agents - some better than others! My experience with Priority Property Services Biddulph was definitely one of the better, if not the best.

Excellent service, very dedicated staff.
The first line pretty much sums up the experience.
I bought a property through priory in 2023. As a first time buyer I didn't know the process, but from first enquiry to getting the keys Rachel was easy to contact and provided great advise/assistance to help me with the buying process.
Priory was a crucial point of contact throughout the house purchase to keep Buyer, Seller and solicitors on track which made the house purchase really quick and avoided the horror stories I have heard when others buy/sell property.
Definitely deserve 5 stars.

The journey began with a meeting at the property with Lee.
He was very professional.
The property was put on the market quickly, following excellent photographs taken by Lee.
Viewing was done by Priory Staff as I live 94 miles away.
We were updated each week, more if there were vewings or interest.
Following an offer, Priory were excellent, and we exchanged and completed this week.
The sale was not without a few difficulties, again Priory managed to sort these to the satisfaction of all concerned.
Rachel and Tanya were also very professional during phone calls.

Recently sold a property with Priory who are worth their weight in gold.
Friendly, helpful and efficient. They are great at working with their customers to help iron out any niggles in the selling/buying process and are excellent at working with other stakeholders (e.g. solicitors) to keep the process moving at pace.
It's been over 10 years since I last used this agency but it felt like only yesterday and going back to see old friends,, crucially they haven't let their standards drop in the slightest, in fact I think they're like a fine wine and get better with age.

I can't praise them highly enough. Would definitely recommend Priory.
Special thanks goes to Rachel, who got us through a very stressful last 6 to 8 weeks with a calm and professional attitude.
