Peter Higginson(C.A.R.L) has been instrumental in rectifying our issue and has spent considerable time guiding us over the last few months . Whether its a quick technical question about how to do something or an in depth review of what you've done wrong the technical team of Fraser & Peter help you sort your problem and get you back to work with a clean slate!
I cannot fault their service and the way they help our staff through seemingly unsurmountable problems is outstanding!

CARL support are always friendly and helpful. They are very prompt in the service they provide and if they cant help straight away they get back to you that day.
I have been working closely with Peter from CARL whom I have worked with before, as always he is pleasant to talk to and could not be any more helpful. Always makes time to help with any issues.

I had training to clean up the system I had been using for 15 years and to learn how to do bank reconciliation. There were a lot of things that I was doing in a long winded way. All of which have been tidied up, making my life so much easier. Peter H was very good at explaining the steps and we went through it all methodically together. I am very happy with the training that I received from Peter. Definitely worth the hard work.

We spoke with Fraser and he listened and explained what CARL can do and arranged all the extra training and support. They have been amazing, they have really helped get us where we should be and they always go the extra mile. Peter was amazing helping us understand the accounting side. Highly recommend them. Very good value for money.

I can honestly say that the support service from CARL is second to none.
