PE Homes is my go to handling properties, they have managed an property rent. They collect payment from tenants and relay any communication back, also reminding me gas certification and insurance. While keeping me uptodate with landlord newsletters, this is to ensure that I'm aware with everything.
We have recently completed a sale another property, even though there has been issues with the slowness due to council complications. Melissa has been there to ensure the flow of the sale goes smoothly, always keeping me up to date and being very helpful. My buyer waited 4 months the entire process, Melissa has been keen to get everyone updated during the process and with the no completion fee the quality of service is unfaltering. The quality and value this company provides, is highly recommended.

It was a tough market this time around but the buyers came.
I prefer to conduct my own viewings and selling online allows me to do things myself.

I needed to sell my Shared Ownership property and the Housing Association did absolutely nothing to market the property in the nomination period - very unhelpful.
After the nomination period I got in touch with Melissa at Property Eagle, she had my property up online within 24 hours, the team actively follow up viewing leads and had viewings booked in the first week and it sold within about 5 days of being online? So the proof is in the pudding, couldn't recommend more.
Throughout the sale process Melissa and team were extremely communicative and I'm so glad I went with them, if you have a shared ownership property to sell, I couldn't sing their praises highly enough.
